Furniture Donations for Jubilee Furniture
Your Donations Are Appreciated and They Make A Difference!
Jubilee Furniture accepts donations of Quality Used Furniture and Home Décor that we can readily re-sell at our stores. We offer a free donation Pick-up Service and a donation Drop-off Service to bring your donations to our stores. Please see the details below for items we typically accept and those we cannot accept.
DONATION PICK-UP SERVICE: Our free donation PICK-UP SERVICE is available to donation partners who have multiple pieces of quality used furniture available for donation. The service is limited to the geographic areas that are local to our stores (with some exceptions). PLEASE NOTE: We require your donation to be in your garage or outside your home to protect the inside of your home and expedite the pickup process. If you are in an elevated building or without a garage–we are happy to discuss possible arrangements.

To contact us for pick-up service call the Donation Hotline at 630-337-1467 to consult with a team member. Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm. Voicemail is available after hours. DONATION DROP-OFF SERVICE
Jubilee Furniture also offers a donation DROP-OFF SERVICE at both stores–Jubilee Furniture in Carol Stream and Jubilee Resale in Lombard. We strongly encourage donors who intend to drop off donations to prescreen your donations by phone or text message. To prescreen your drop-off donation, you may contact the Donation Hotline, Monday–Friday at 630-337-1467. On Saturdays, you may prescreen items by contacting the warehouse manager, in advance, at each store:
Jubilee Furniture Warehouse Manager: 630-244-0751 (9:00am–3:00pm)
Jubilee Resale in Lombard Warehouse Manager: 630-346-0074 (9:00 am–4:00pm)
The reason we prescreen: We prescreen for donation drop-off for the donor’s benefit because we reserve the right to turn down donations that we cannot sell in our stores and those that fall below our standards for quality and condition.

We cannot accept donations that we know we cannot sell in the store. We also do not accept upholstered furniture from a home of a smoker and those covered in pet hair or pet odor. The cost and time to dispose of these items are substantial.
It is highly recommended that donation partners call the Donation Hotline ahead of time (Monday-Friday) to prescreen and schedule a drop-off donation. On Saturday, donation partners can call the Warehouse Manager at both stores. The Warehouse Managers have the responsibility to turn down donations of furniture and decor that are on our “Do Not Accept List,” and any other items that are not of the quality or kind that will re-sell in our store.
Please note: There might be times when you see something on our Acceptable List that we temporarily aren’t taking due to the current high volume in the store. We ask for your understanding.
Please note: For pickup service, we require your donations to be in your garage to protect the inside of your home and maximize the number of pick-ups our team can do each day. If you are in an elevated building or don’t have a garage – we are happy to discuss the possible arrangements!
Unique donations or opportunities? Do you have a unique donation you want us to consider? A recent purchase or high-value item that is on our “Do Not Accept” list? A valuable piece that needs minor repairs? Maybe a business-to-business opportunity you want us to explore?
